Question: When do the photographers start taking pictures?

Answer: Our two photographers usually arrive on site when the bride/groom and
Wedding party are beginning to dress for the ceremony. Normally, we are requested to stay until the important activities are finished at the reception.

Question: Will the photographers take the pictures we request?

Answer: Absolutely, we want to be sure that every single shot you request will be taken. We will also endeavor to catch all those special moments that happen when you least expect them. 

Question: Will we have to pay everything up front?
 
Answer: Our policy requires a 50% deposit to hold the wedding date. The balance will be due when we deliver the product that is ordered.
 
Question: How long will you keep the pictures on file?
 
Answer: Normally we keep our photos for five years.
 
Question: Can we trust Agape Photography to fulfill their agreement?
 
Answer: Absolutely, without a doubt, we will fulfill our contract with you. Our business is based on Christian values and we consider it an honor to help you celebrate your special day.
 
Question: Does Agape Photography do family portraits as well?
 
Answer: Yes, we do family portraits and individual portraits. We also love to shoot special events…helping our clients celebrate the special occasions in their life: birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, etc.
 
Question: How long does a photo session last?
 
Answer: With an individual portrait, we can usually get enough shots in one-half hour, as long as it remains in the same location without changing outfits. Otherwise, an hour helps us to be creative and get as many unique photo opportunities that we can.
 
Question: How long have you been in business and is there more than one photographer?
 
Answer: We have been in business professionally since 2008. We are a husband and wife team and are always together on site. John has been sold out on photography for over forty years and always dreamed of having his own business. Our main goal is to serve our customers and help them celebrate and remember the special occasions in their lives.
 
Question: Are you able to do videography as well?
 
Answer: We have the capability of videotaping small segments of your celebration with our camera. For example, at a wedding we could video the ceremony, the first dance, cutting the cake, all the highlights you want to remember. This would be an additional cost to our packages and a new item we are now offering.
 
Question: How soon will we be able to receive our products?
 
Answer: Normally we are able to get the product out within two to three weeks, depending on what kind of products were ordered.
